As competition for students intensifies across higher ed, NCCU needed a smarter, more scalable way to engage prospective students. One that felt personal, accessible, and authentically NCCU.

THE CHALLENGE

The NCCU Office of Undergraduate Admissions needed to be available to students and families around the clock, but with a lean team, that simply wasn't possible through traditional staffing alone.

Students had questions constantly: deadlines, application steps, what comes next. Without a way to respond instantly and consistently, every unanswered question was a risk, a student left wondering, or worse, turning to another institution that felt more reachable.
